I was laying on the floor on my side with my hand/wrist underneath my side trying to get something from underneath my bed. I moved to pull out the stuff from under the bed and the side of my hand or wrist (the hard part on the side) which was lying under under my ribs under the breastbone area felt like it rolled in between two ribs. I could feel it slide in between them. It felt digusting as I could feel in between the ribs. Now I have pain in that area when I take a deep breath or move certain ways. Anyone know what I did?
