I am not familiar with Indiana but my suggestion would be to see if there is a teaching hospital in the area and to call the anestesolgist pain clinic and explain needing treatment for rsd. My best pain doctor so far has come from doing that he was the head of the anestesology dept and actually was better then the pain doctor I saw at Cleveland Clinic or other more major places. When I called I specified wanting someone who dealt with rsd a lot.
