Both Dr's say I'm in bad shape and need to rest and work on getting better. I guess we'll see how this all pans out but this whole thing just sucks and I wish it never happened but it did and all I want now is for the pain to go away. I want my old self back..This is so UNFAIR!

Yes, you are right nobody said life would ever be easy, and yes it can be very unfair. I am glad that you have found a lawyer, now he can guide you through the system by advising you what your rights are. Now your Doctor, the specialist and you can come up with a treatment plan. I am sorry you have so much pain. I pray your Doctors now can help you to reduce the pain, so in time it may go away or at least be under control.As far as wanting your life back, I understand completely what you mean. I am sure so many of us would gladly do things differently if we had a second chance. Now that you have a plan, please take time to heal. Try to take one day at a time, and try to let the worry's stay at a minimum.
