Stan i am in the same boat. If i stand for more than ten minutes or walk any distance i am in agony. it feels like i am standing or walking on broken bones. It has continued to get worse from year to year. The broken bones feelings werent my original pains in my feet, they developed years ago but i had had pn for about 5 years ( i dont remember exactly when) at that point.
