I to think you should head to the ER Jacquie,
They can give you antiinflamorties and anti spasms meds strong enought to nip it. The Toradol and Valoium combination I use for our family flares and it gets things calmed down.
The toradol as an anti inflamatory, and valium for spasms, kick butt.
Also, then it is documented too. When there is a cycle grip of the spasms and pain like this it is tough to beat on your own. The other thing is if tehre is a hot tub jaquizzie nearby I wuld sit in it to a prune shape.
I think if you can get the toradol, like few trips to doctors and er for our family it was the releif we needed to even stand....or move.
I hope things calm down soon. I don't know why bad things have to happen to people that so many depend on....
