The B12 is okay.

Not sure about that magnesium though!

Do you have the range from the lab with that result?

.5 sounds really low. Are you taking some medications? Some drugs lower magnesium. It is also lost in the urine by diabetics.
Get too low and your heart may go into an arrhythmia.

The CVS lotion is very nice...I put it on my inner arms, and wrists where the skin is thinner and it goes right in (I rub it a little bit and then rub my hands on my thighs)...it moisturizes too. I only found one place online to explain the amount to use... a dime sized amount. I wish there were a concentration on the label...so we could figure that out more accurately.
