Over the years I have had varying degrees of tremors, but this one is new. It happens right when I first wake up. If I try to reach for my glasses or something while I am still groggy, my tremor is huge. It is not just my hand and fingers, either. It’s my whole arm. Once I stretch and get moving around a bit it returns to its normal every day tremor. Anybody else?
