I find that before my brain is fully awake and in sinc with my body, so to speak, anything can happen and usually does..including tremours.

For instance, when I put my right foot(my strong side) down, it tremors, when putting my left food(my weak side) down, it slides.

DH used to slap himself on the butt and say, "brain's in gear".
