My tremors are always worse in the morning. I get them in my arms and legs. Some days are better than others. I use a glass with a lid on it to prevent spills as there is nothing worse that laying in bed thirsty, grabbing the glass of water from my nightstand, and the tremors cause water to spill all over.

In the summer it's not so bad but in winter, that water can be cold.

So now I use an adult sippy cup.
Like Sally, getting the legs going is tough on bad days. Since my tremors are intention tremors, I'm fine when I am still or at rest, but once I try to make a purposeful movement things go crazy. So getting out of bed takes some time as does anything else I do on those bad mornings.
Why mornings are tough sometimes, I don't know. But for me they have become my toughest time of day.
