I have that same problem. It is considered constipation in that we have difficulty moving our bowels. I may go every morning on schedule, but it is not an easy task. ' takes some work and time. The stool is not pellet like, hard, or dry, like you mentioned. I do know what you are saying/talking about and it sounds like neurogenic bowel.
