My dr tells me to use my best judgment on types of activities.
I have "advanced loss" of disk space height at L5/S1, gluteus medial/minimus hip tendinitis and pn in my feet. No back pain though. Can't find a cause for pn. Looks like it might be the back. What do you guys think?
