I don't go every morning, but it does take some effort. Sometimes I have to use a rectal cleanse, so since I cannot manage to get a glycerin suppositories past the muscle, today, I bought Fleet liquid suppositories.

Yes, that's what my G.I. doc called it, neurogenic bowel.

Not fun.
