Even though I don't do the heavy exercising anymore, I do appreciate your starting this thread and keeping it going. It is a daily reminder to not be a lazybutt. Get it moving...keep it moving.

I'll do my stretches and stuff throughout the day so I dont get too stiff and immovable..
