I don't know of drinks high in magnesium. 8oz of whole milk has 33mg.

Magnesium is in whole foods mostly and veggies that are green due to the chlorophyll content. It is also quite high in nuts.

The only reason to cut down on calcium is if you take high dose Vit D. Most of the calcium you take (with lower D levels) is not absorbed. Only about 20-25% per dose normally. People taking high dose Vit D3 supplements should cut back on calcium supplements to avoid over-absorption. One cardiologist I quoted on this thread suggests 600mg a day when using high dose Vit D.

One would think V8 would have some mag, but it appears to not.
