I've seen lots of billboards for the HCG Diet in my area.
Human Chorionic Growth Hormone. (Not sure of the spelling)
It was mentioned on the Dr. Oz show perhaps a good month ago.
You can use injections or drops.
Then one eats a 500 calorie diet for awhile.
Afterwards, a no carb diet.
Anyone do this or know someone who did?
Thoughts?
