Do you own any slip on shoes? eg shoes without backs? can't remeber what they are called. Any how - get a pair of scissors and cut directly down the front of the shoe for until it will cover the foot - typically need a 2 inch cut or so.
or slippers - same thing can be done.
I imagine that with skate shoes/ trainers if you just took the laces out that would work? I personally always used to use the top one before my legs twisted.
