Hello Ada: We havn't had any 70 degrees days yet and it still gets in the 20's at night, but it won't be long now. Last year the last snow was April 5th.

How I miss being able to go for walks. I used to walk 10 miles at a time. It took me 3 1/2 hours but I enjoyed every minute of it.

When I lived in Florida, I had a neighbor friend who would go for walks with me. Sadly, he died last summer while up on his roof and was not found for a few days. He was only 48 years old. He had an undiagnosed heart problem. He left behind several dogs and cats that he had rescued. I wonder why bad things happen to good people.

Maybe your grandsons can help you with your yardwork. You could teach them about nature and in the meantime build good memories and get your work done. Besides, it is good to have someone aroung when you are feeling down. Just be sure not to overdo it; you want to be able to enjoy the good weather. Regards, Lil
