Yes, definitely have to get back into things slowly. I still get mild headaches if I push it too much, but they are 1-2 instead of 5-6 like they had been. Fortunately, it's summer so I have a few more weeks before school starts and can work on ramping up to that. Still not sure if I'll be able to get straight back into full-time classroom teaching in the fall, but at least it seems like possibility I can imagine now.
