My Friend

My friend,
When I think of you,
I think of all,
That we’ve been through.

My friend,
We have felt much pain,
Together we’ve,
Coped with the strain.

My friend,
We keep hope in sight,
And together,
We’ll always fight!

Whether the day,
Is good or bad,
Or I’m feeling,
Happy or sad.
If there’s a need,
A hand you’ll lend,
You will be there,
Because you’re a friend.
Other people,
May share my day,
But never in,
Quite the same way.
You support me,
It never ends,
It’s good to know,
We are true friends…

Always want to share,
Glad when you’re happy,
When you’re sad, they care.

It’s just what they do,
