Amitriptyline helped me a ton too but i could feel the concussion in a lesser behind the scenes sort of way and still guage it. One day even with the amitriptyline I could feel the concussion was lifting. Amitriptyline just helped me to feel much better while I was recovering. It did give me a somewhat normal life back while waiting! Enjoy that feeling but don't push it.
