Hello and welcome. I am a newbie too! I have lived with Fibro since 2001 and I can NOT get it under control! The Lyrica seems to help somewhat but not entirely. I need info on how to manage the Fibro along with the leg muscle spasms and C-Spine pain. If you can help at all please reply. I can also share with you the things I do to help with all this pain.
