Some doctors go by tests religiously and discount the patient quite a bit.

Other doctors listen to patients, and will try to help with symptoms. The major symptom that the doctors that believe in Wilson's syndrome is waking morning temperature. If that is low then they will treat irregardless of the testing.

You can take your temperature before getting out of bed and see if you meet the criteria. Then find a doctor who treats Wilson's syndrome. Just search "body temperature Wilson's syndrome" on Google.
