That's one of the things I do not miss about having a dog. The getting up to take him out to potty at 5am. Especially in the winter!

We dont have fences in our neighborhood, and I never took Tiny outside off-lead after we moved to this neighborhood. Tiny loved to be outside, even if it was 40 below sometimes...and he had the ability to change the force of gravity so that I couldnt move him. (he was 100+ pounds and had big teeth. If he didnt want to be moved, I didnt move him) I usually had to bribe him back into the house.

Nope, dont miss having to take a dog outside to potty. I have my aunt's pug Stella now for when I need to scratch a dog's ears. Stella lives across the street and loves the doggy bagels we get her at the kosher bagel store. I'm spoiling Stella like my aunt did to TinyMonsters.
