I'm a healthy weight (on the lower end of the BMI for my height) and I have great arms/abs (I do 80 crunches a night!) Been working on toning the upper body for 3 years now diligently, but the waist down, outside of walking, seems to have fallen far behind the rest.
So I have what I refer to as "Linen Butt". I don't know if this is an actual term (lol).. but I compare my butt to folded linen (sheets), as the skin folds (loose skin) when I bend my legs back or stand straight.
You know what I mean right?
So I have all this loose skin in the butt/back of the thighs area. I do squats nightly, and the walking.. but I'm wondering what exercises I may incorporate to tone this particular area?
Thanks for your suggestions in advance!
(by the way, I don't own a car, or a gym membership, I exercise via walking or on my balance ball/with hand weights in my living room in my apartment, so apartment exercises would be optimal if possible!).
