I think the shakiness is normal enough for PCS. I've always had rock steady hands and grip, not been there since I suffered a mild concussion in May. It gets worse with physical or emotional strain. I'm not totally sure why, but I feel it's best to just back off both for now.
As for returning to play, don't give up on it. You may know about the injuries sustained by Petr Cech and Cristian Chivu, both had depressed fractures of the skull. Both returned in 3 months after life threatening injuries. They wear the head gear now, but they're out there playing at the elite level again.
Be safe, but don't give up on the things you love. Chances are you'll be back playing.
