I'd try a lot of those other tips you've been given before putting it in an oven. lol

Then again I put my wheat heat pack in an oven once as I didn't use microwaves. Bad idea!

Sunlight might help if you have some. e.g. on an inside window ledge by the glass where the heat can radiate.
