YES. I began to have this problem late last spring and thought it was hormones. My gyn tested the levels which were fine, but upped my hrt anyway (I had a hysterectomy a few years ago). Still sweated profusely. Winter was actually not as bad as in the past, as my body heat was more bearable (than in summer). Spring and warmer temps this year brought it all on; had my thyroid levels checked...could it be that? Nope. Those are fine, too. So I have made an appt w/my mds for a long, overdue follow up.
The only thing that gives me relief is standing in the freezer of the kitchen at work.
