This happened to me a couple of times while I was staying with my family. I would recommend going back to the fundamentals: rest, meditate, call a friend or your significant other, don't skip meals, have a cup of tea, take a shower, go outside, do whatever calms and supports you. Take the time you need to regain your equilibrium. Later you can talk to the other person and seek to restore harmony.
In my case, I eventually had to move out - it was just the wrong environment for me (my parents are dealing with a lot and were unable to provide the support - emotional and otherwise - I needed).
