I get that fleeting pain on the right side around my eye and goes to top the head. My guess is some nerves affect when I hit the back of my head where skull meets neck. Actually I started thinking after I saw this thread. I even think I get relief when my PT did myofascial pain release is when she worked on that part of my head/neck. I meet my Neurologist and going to discuss what else can done to get long lasting relief (besides meds).
