That is great that you have had such a solid few weeks! Around the 4 month mark things started improving for me quite a bit. Now at 9 mos I am seeing that I have periods of time that are as good as it is going to get, and then I may have what feels like a setback....but your point is excellent in terms of taking things slowly and pacing yourself, something that I am still working on!
