I may be wrong but I think I read somewhere 200mg was the best dose for us. I stupidly took my first few doses in the morning until I realised it made you sleepy - wonder if anyone noticed I was even more sleepy than normal lol.Could someone else maybe confirm this dose in Mrs Ds absence.
I must say I am having good results with theanine so far, I take it with my folic acid at night now.
