Hey, Joe.

We talked about Weight Watchers before, some months ago. I'm serious: give it your best shot first. Even a "mini" GBS is invasive and has risks, and you can even gain the weight back! You may be amazed at how easy WW is. I certainly am! 18 months ago, I was over 300 lbs. I am now 215--90 lbs down!!--and I know I can get the rest off and keep it off. Give it at least a couple of months. I think you'll see your life change, just as I have.
