With the fusion & TOS as complicating factors - I would make sure to get a very advanced PT person, lots of letters behind their name.

And someone that has tx'd TOS and Spinal rehab clients before.

Do you feel the weights are helping you or not?
many w/TOS don't do to well with weights or resistance bands or the hand bikes.

I did ok with them after the worst of my RSI/TOS was resolved.
