Seems to me it kind of ties in with Sharon Butler's fascia theory of how tightness may start in one place and spread throughout the body if not addressed and dealt with in a timely manner & properly.
The E cises probably won't "cure" anyone with TOS, but might make a few of us feel better.
There's one or 2 that I wouldn't even try though just because of the arm/angles & pressure

Your post above was in 2008. Did you try the Egoscue exercises for any period of time? Did these help you in the long run?
