Are you aware that losing faster than that is not healthy weight loss? What if you gained it back? You might be shocked at how quickly you lose on WW. As for exercise, all I do is move more than I used to. I don't do any cardio yet. Just imagine if I'd gained 90 lbs in a year and a half! I'd be nearly 400 pounds!! The important thing is to lose gradually and retrain yourself on how to eat. Who cares if it takes 5, 10, or 15 years?? You're getting healthy. That's all that matters.
