I get these headaches all the time.

I had to post because Yar69 just described my headaches to a T.

Wow. Great description. Sorry that someone else is having as much trouble.

I also had a neck injury and I notice a specific type of headache increases with tightness or overuse of my neck.

There is always the constant temples pain and inside the brain explosion pain that you described.

Also, just my two sense, I was given indomethacin by my neuro doc. Guess what the main side effect was for me? Headache! Kind of like a horrible ice ceam headache / brain freeze. I had to stop it.
