Default Months 3-6

Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping the healing process going in the right direction during months 3-6?

I have *gradually* improved a lot over the first three months post-injury. I'm now consistently at about 70% or a bit better and haven't had a real setback in about a month (really happy about this).

My main symptoms (headache, tinnitus, sleep issues) have lessened considerably. I'm sleeping a lot better, with less insomnia and anxiety. The tinnitus is still there, but seems to have lessened somewhat and for the most part isn't bothering me a whole lot.

However, I still have a persistent headache. While it is relatively mild, it has been keeping me from increasing my activity level, as it seems to kick in when I do too much (well, the truth is that I haven't pushed the envelope much in the last month, as I have been trying to avoid triggering symptoms). I would like to gradually start doing more (longer and more normal-paced walks, adding the occasional errand, eventually going back to work).

Does it make sense to do anything different at this point, or is it just more of the same (rest, good nutrition, avoiding stress, light activity that doesn't trigger symptoms, etc)?
