For me personally, months 4-6 I made some huge improvements...I gradually increased activity level, was able to maintain somewhat a typical routine, started wanting to socialize more, etc. However, when I would push myself or overdo it, I knew it immediately!
Now in my 10th month I have a better grasp on where my limits are. What I have found if I listen to my body's needs, I feel I am experiencing continued healing, i.e. getting proper rest, decent nutrition, reducing stress, etc.
