It could be Psoriosis. I have had patches on my head. The went away from there, but I have had patches in the weirdest places, sometime. Mostly, I have a running battle with psoriosis on my hands. The summer heat and humidity, seem to agrivate it an spread it.

Give your head an oil treatment. That may help. There is no cure..
