Thanks again Dej! I am feeling a lot better today... I had movement yesterday (day 5, wow!), then more today! I did go down to taking 1 pill at night instead of 2, and taking the probiotics.

I'll take the probiotics for the duration of what I have (2 daily for 30 days) and see how that treats me. I am going to see if I can get away with 1 Cesamet at bedtime, 1 in the morning, 1 around 5 pm. If I get break through pain, I'll take 2 that night to calm things down again, then switch back to 1 and see how that works.

My pain doc and GP both suggested that I play around with dosing... they're not used to prescribing it off label for MS pains, and with pain as we know, it's hard for the doc to understand what we're feeling, so we're the best judge often at the end of the day.

Dej you mention to not focus on fiber as much, which is interesting, because I always believed fiber to be for moving things along. Is it an agent more so to make things solid? I always thought fiber was there to unbind when we get tied up... hrm to say I am confuddled would be the understatement of the year!
