Went spinning Monday and Tuesday nights. Shoulder felt good after PT monday afternoon...still doing ok for now. Going to another PT appt for my shoulder in about an hour, then going to ride outside with a coworker for a couple of hours tonight. Wish me luck...it will probably still be around 98F when we get started...
