Default My husband suffers from post concussion syndrome

Hi,

My husband was in a car crash (his car was rear ended and pushed off the road & fell on it's side) 2 years ago and he still suffers from the pcs symptoms.

Especially the ringing in the ears (tinnitis)sensitivity to noise, dizziness and he can be grumpy too.

I have found Neurotalk quite helpful in trying to cope with it because it can be quite difficult. You see, he looks fine and he goes through spells of months and weeks where he doesn't experience any symptoms of the pcs, but then it all of a sudden creeps up on you and the next thing you know I'm wondering why he's being so cranky and difficult to live with.

We now have a password/phrase that he uses then I know that he's feeling the symptoms, so it makes it a little easier to deal with, but it still saddens me that after all this time he still has the symptoms to deal with and I think it'll be around for a long time, if this is anything to go by.

Rest and drinking plenty of water helps him, I think.
