so my pt mentioned that i have scar tissue around my c7 area that's i guess trying to form

maybe the nerves are finally healing on their own time and/or the magnesium is speeding things along


there isn't anything i can really do to avoid this other than let her use her hands to try to move the tissues around it and take coq10 or vitamin e, right?

has anyone else had experience witht his? nerve scarring freaks me out.
