It's frustrating reading these posts and the large number of people who are really ill but do not know what to do when going through the "system". It is a difficult road but like any perseverence is the key. Like my Dad use to tell me "if you can't baffle them with bull----, bury them with paperwork"! It makes sense to learn from others and use the information as a "guide" not the gospel of proceeding with your case.
