Brain injuries can cause a variety of different visual problems. You can get a referral to an optometrist who can give you a comprehensive evaluation here: http://www.braininjuries.org/

I just completed ten weeks of vision therapy because I was having trouble with my binocular vision, even though I didn't perceive that I was having difficulties. It has helped me a lot and reduced my headaches due to eye strain, reading, and computer work.
