Does he not want to take any meds for the tremor?
Does he want to have meds for it- but the Drs won't write any meds for him?

Can he still do his daily activities even with the tremor?

My dad had more tremor during resting time than when he was doing things, but later on his hand/wrist would not do what he wanted to do - so then he got the meds to help.
He couldn't BBQ or flip the burgers LOL
