I would be careful in the future to never let it go more than a year between doctor visits. Even when you are approved, the will eventually be reviews and having a solid and up to date medical history is always your best defense.

thank you!!! I spoke to the doctor whenever I required to do so...it was just difficult to get there. Thanks for that advice. I should be hearing something back this week. I just got an opportunity to see the new evidence from the clinical evaluation and all of it was not on the cd. I have to follow up with it. Not sure evern what to do at this point. I am soooo stressed about this.
