not stretching
pt working on my neck and t-spine
breathing through my diaphragm
not sitting (light aerobic exercise is good)
chin tucks
ice
neck bracing (altho i have to be careful to not become dependent)
magnesium, vit d, antioxidants
i have to strengthen at some point. its just finding the right exercises. that's the tricky part.
my nubmer one problem now i think is my t-spine being too tight.
