Default Hearing Loss from cervical spine issues?

Hello all. I'm new here and hoping to figure out why I am slowly losing my hearing in my right ear. My left ear is deaf, maybe from a virus, maybe from lupus or Sjogren's. With my latest audiogram showing more loss, my rheumatologist will most likely put me on stronger lupus drugs. But I want to be sure that something else is not the culprit. I have cervical spine issues (bone spurs, degenerative disc disease) and I was wondering if any of you have experienced hearing loss due to something similar and if so, how did you resolve it? I also had tinnitus in that ear, (cervicogenic tinnitus?) but it stopped when the loss increased.

I have a call in to my neuro but I find it's always helpful to hear from people who are experiencing the same type of problem. They often have insight that a doctor does not. Thank you for any information you can offer.
