People always look at me as though I've got five heads when I tell them that my working with a therapist on Mindfulness meditation for chronic pain has helped me tremendously. I'm sure guided is just as effective. Thanks for sharing this and validating my own experiences in the process. Are you using a CD and if yes, which one?
